In the month leading up to Halloween, GEICO gave fans the chance to trick-or-treat from the comfort of their own phone with the ultimate treat of being entered for the chance to win a limited-edition Gecko Funko Pop! There were 3x drops in October featuring a different colored Gecko, each version more limited than the one before. To promote the giveaway we created some promo videos starring a downer zombie who’s at least slightly enthused by the whole thing. It seemed to all work too as servers got shutdown from traffic opening weekend and in the end there were over 2.8 Million entries.
